Job Role:
The role is about focusing on strategic financial development of the Atma Partner organization. The volunteer will work to help develop a sustainable and efficient way to invest, and earn funds.
The role primary involves understanding, conceptualizing and defining the financial situation of the organization. Understanding the expenditures and needs of the organization and especially their future plans and develop an income strategy accordingly. The end result should be a short and long term plan for the Atma Partner on an organizational and financial basis. The volunteer will receive support and work from the organizations leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Defining organizations financial structure
- Creating a one year financial analysis and plan
- Compiling a suggested long term revenue, investment and expense strategy plan
Specific Skills and Experience Required:
- Formal financial training- (CA, CFA, CFP preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working on and leading a diverse team
