Giving What We Can is at the cutting edge of the struggle against global poverty. We give you the tools you need to make a stand against global poverty by providing information, support and advice based on carefully considered evidence. At GWWC we believe in being smart about charity.
Giving What We Can is part of the Centre for Effective Altruism (CEA), a young and fast-expanding charity based in Oxford. CEA is committed to making the world a better place in a considered, evidence-based way.
You'll be part of a focused team of intelligent, enthusiastic, driven colleagues. Everyone involved in CEA is passionate about their work, making the office an inspiring place to be. Because we're growing so quickly, there is lots of room for your responsibilities to develop as we expand.
If you have skills that you think would help us improve our effectiveness, you should definitely consider applying. We are especially, but not exclusively, interested in applicants with experience in web design, research, communications, finance, office logistics, technology, and human resources in addition to the advertised roles. Any successful applicant will be heavily involved in shaping their own roles.
Because we are a young and growing organisation, there is lots of room for your responsibilities to develop as we expand.

To apply, please complete this form.
The first stage of application is very quick - you'll enter some personal details and answer one question in 200 words or less. The question is fun, but it takes a little thought.
If you're successful in the first round, we'll get back to you in late December for a CV and more information.
There is no deadline, but we are more likely to hire you if you apply sooner rather than later.
