Description

The Borgen Project believes that leaders of the most powerful nation on earth should be doing more to address global poverty. We're the innovative, national campaign that is working to make poverty a focus of U.S. foreign policy. You will play a crucial role in efforts to improve living conditions for those surviving on less than $1 a day.

Position: HR Intern

About the Internship:

  • Review resumes and schedule interviews for top candidates
  • Contact, interview, and screen applicants
  • Post volunteer openings on various sites
  • Assist with various aspects of advocacy and other activities if necessary (fundraising, volunteer recruitment, research...)
  • The intern will be required to complete 260-360 hours and will have flexibility in setting their schedule for the course of the internship. All work will be done at the office, which is located in Downtown Seattle.
