The Job Developer Assistant Intern directly supports ECAC's Employment Development program. The program seeks out job opportunities for newly arrived refugees and immigrants and provides them with the skills to seek out their own employment.
The Job Developer Assistant Intern:
(1) Works directly with clients to assist in their Job Preparedness Training: the application process, resumes preparation, and mock interviews;
(2) Assists in client's Cultural Adjustment Training;
(3) Assists Job Developers and Employment manager with their work;
(4) Update the program's various databases;
(5) Complete other related office duties as needed.
