Practice in Russia at the beginning of a career path provides qualifications, acquisition of professional and managerial skills and expands intercultural competence.
The Nizhny Novgorod region Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter, the NNR CCI) organizes individual internship programs in enterprises (organizations) of Nizhny Novgorod. The Enterprise Institute is the NNR CCI Division, which is responsible for a training program draft, internships support while their stay in Nizhny Novgorod.
The internship term and the content of the internship are agreed on with the receiving party. The internship period – minimal three weeks. According to the results of the internship the interns receive a certificate.
In addition, the finalists can participate in the Supplemental Educational activities aimed at professional development of candidates: participation in trade fairs, seminars, trainings and webinars.

- Coordinated planning of an intern's stay
- Search for internship vacancies
- Help in finding accommodation (hotel or host family) for the period interns stay in Nizhny Novgorod
- Supervision during training, advice on all aspects of training and internship
- Organization of the learning process, Russian language courses
- Familiarization with the industrial potential of Nizhny Novgorod region, visits to Nizhny Novgorod companies
- On request, arrangements for cultural and tourist programs (tours of Nizhny Novgorod and the region, etc.)
- Transfer from the airport and railway station to the place of residence and back.
Various language courses are available at different levels. The recommended number of hours for the efficient acquisition of a foreign language within the program time frame is as follows: standard course - 20 hours per week, the intensive course- 25 hours per week. One class is 90 minutes. The timetable is made up according to the plan of the program.
