Are you ecofriendly, enthusiastic, computer savvy and people friendly? Have you ever dreamed of one day starting your own small community either here in Hawaii or elsewhere in the world.
Then you might be interested in being a Sustainable Community Manager at Hedonisia Hawaii! A Manager at Hedonisia has responsibility but relatively few hours of actual work per day (2 - 4 hours). We are a small establishment so we cannot pay a high salary for this job.
The biggest job duty for a Hedonisia Manager is simply being on the property to deal with issues as they arise. And so, this position is perfect for artists, writers, computer workers or musicians who will have ample time and space to do their own work on the property whilst managing the community!
Managers can be single too. However, there are advantages with being a couple; one partner is usually more land oriented and the other is more computer savvy for emails and guest bookings.
Training includes practical management guidelines for creating & operating an Intentional Community based on sustainable income through working experience at a live social enterprise community.
