Big Brothers Big Sisters of SWCT is a non-profit agency providing caring adult mentors to at-risk kids in the community. We operate under the premise that a one-to-one mentoring relationships improves a child's life for the better, forever.
We are seeking help with daily marketing and communications tasks including designing and editing of marketing materials, drafting press releases, community outreach, designing social media content, email marketing and letter writing campaigns.
This opportunity is designed to give students hands-on experience in the marketing and communications field. It is an unpaid position with schedules being flexible to meet the student's and the agency's needs. As a BBBS intern, a student gains incredible experience, learns about BBBS service delivery alongside a successful and dedicated staff and creates a network of contacts that are beneficial as he/she moves forward in his/her career!
