Assist the Director of Operations in the training/supervision of Programming interns
Conduct weekly site visits to supervise/support the Programming Interns in program delivery
Organize community meetings as needed
Purchase program supplies/materials and monitor intern expenditures
Work with the Programming Interns to organize community events
Volunteer coordination
Conduct weekly meetings with Programming Interns to reflect and discuss any issues/concerns
Recruitment of new Programming Interns with the Director of Operations
Qualifications Required:
University or College degree
Highly organized and self-motivated
Capable of taking initiative and multi-tasking
1-3 years previous experience in developing and implementing programs for elementary school children (aged 8-12) and/or middle school children (aged 12-16)
Ability to work independently and in a group
Creative, flexible, and able to receive suggestions and feedback
