Overview of Internship:
This internship will utilize new media and strategic communications across a variety of platforms to support the mission of Fair Trade USA, specifically in the innovation of our work in the coffee market. From creating blog content, to translating training materials for use by farmers and workers, the ideal candidate will have a passion for the power of social media to change the world around them and the ability to effectively use communications to support farmers and workers around the world. Upon successful completion of this program, you'll have several professional work samples for your portfolio and a glowing letter of recommendation.

Requirements:
Candidate must display excellent verbal and written English communication skills, as well as have experience creating and sharing information using social media. Examples of the candidate's work will be required as part of the application process. Organizational skills are a must. Experience with photography, graphic design and HTML a plus. Proficiency in Spanish required to translate written content from Spanish to English. Understanding of Portuguese is a plus.
