Internship description

Building Impact Overview:

Building Impact's mission is to strengthen communities by providing individuals and companies with the knowledge and opportunity to volunteer, donate, and connect in the buildings where they work or live. Building Impact makes giving back convenient by bringing volunteer events and donation drives to participants in office and apartment buildings. We then channel 100% of the volunteerism and giving to fill service gaps in underserved local communities.

Building Impact currently reaches over 20,000 people in 640 companies spread across 55 buildings in 15 Massachusetts communities, in addition to Hartford, CT. By partnering with building owners and managers, and business leaders, Building Impact gains access to entire buildings and companies of people who were previously difficult to reach and engage. Our work is unique, creating both social change and needed resources for nonprofits and their worthy clients. The organization is growing, launching in new office buildings and companies in Greater Boston and exploring expansion to other cities. Learn more about Building Impact atwww.buildingimpact.org.
