Otra Cosa Network is a non-profit NGO attracting volunteers from around the world to collaborate on a variety of community development projects in northern Peru, especially around Trujillo.Nuestra mission is to continue growing and developing as a high quality voluntary agency low cost. We offer personal growth volunteers and a satisfying experience while providing the organizations we work with carefully selected and motivated volunteers.
Fortunately, the number of volunteers has grown tremendously in the last 12 months but that means the management team / management now has difficulty applications and cover all administrative work. So we need volunteers to help in the day-to-day office tasks such as design, marketing, updating databases, journal writing and sending of the NGO ... By doing this, they help direct all projects we work as if we would not have so many volunteers OCN office not work efficiently!
When you take a little time working with us, if you have knowledge or experience in management, information technology, human resources and international cooperation, you can suggest new ideas for improving our work, since we are willing to learn and improve our services and the projects we support . You have also the possibility to combine office work with another project.
Volunteer Roles and / or hours of work
The work is primarily administrative; but we'll guide you to the top with your work, there is always plenty to do and you have to use your own initiative, especially at busier times you can not count on our help and constant supervision. You will also need to be able to work in teams and in a friendly environment.
