ABOUT THE NATIONAL KIDNEY FOUNDATION: The mission of the National Kidney Foundation Serving the National Capital Area is to prevent kidney and urinary tract diseases, improve the health and well being of individuals and families affected by these diseases, and increase the availability of all organs for transplantation. The Foundation funds medical research, provides patient and community services, professional and public education, advocacy and organ donation awareness programs.
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting the National Kidney Foundation Serving the National Capital Area in their programmatic efforts. This position reports to the Division Programs Director.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
QUALIFICATIONS: College Student with related major. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Competent typing/computer skills; Microsoft Office proficient. . Experience with new media (Facebook/Twitter). Ability to work as a part of a team
HOURS: Flexible depending on University requirements / advisor
