Rainbird Foundation Intern Position

Community Organizer

Rainbird is a non-profit committed to the end of child abuse. You work via internet and phone to find, interview, train, and empower Mob Leaders around the world. You are passionate about child welfare and you thrive on building community leaders who are passionate about the end of child abuse. This job directly impacts the end of child abuse. You'll run a core team that prepares what you need to do your job.

Objective

This special individual will educate and inspire people to work to end child abuse.

Qualifications

• Hard-working, organized, resourceful, innovative, creative, and coachable

• Comfortable talking to anyone on the phone or internet

• Able to maintain maturity during phone conversations

• Comfortable with and effective at training people

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Manage weekly phone, email, and social media communications

• Train Rainbird leaders

  • Maintain and distribute Mob Tool Kits and supplies

• Process leaders quickly, efficiently, and completely

Schedule/Hours

• 20 hrs/wk, minimum

• Flexible hours; start immediately
