psYOUconnect is a recently launched website that aims to connect students and community members with everything going on in their educational, social, and physical environment. The platform is designed to serve as a resource for opportunities on the Penn State campus and in the State College community. Visit http://www.psyouconnect.com/ to familiarize yourself with the site.
In its beginning stages, psYOUconnect is focused on opportunities within the realm of social innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, local agriculture, and outdoor activities. Future expansion into additional focus areas is anticipated.
Interns are able to recieve college credit for this internship through the non-profit New Leaf Intiative (http://www.newleafinitiative.org).
Interns will only be expected to meet in person once a week to check in and share updates. All of the work can be done from home. Interns will be expected to maintain most communication with the team via e-mail.
