The Global Change Project (www.global-change.org) is a volunteer organization seeking an HR Director and Volunteer Coordinators to help create a world changing organization. This is a commitment of 5-10 hours per week for 3 months to one year (flexible), helping build a dynamic non-profit organization from the ground up.
The Global Change Project is building national and international management networks of graduate and undergraduate students to develop, direct and manage humanitarian projects that will directly impact people's lives in meaningful ways. Response to our project has been overwhelming, with hundreds of applicants. We are seeking an HR Director to help streamline the recruitment and intake process for new interns, as well as Volunteer/Team Coordinators who will work individually with each project to handle HR functions and keep things running smoothly.
We are seeking individuals with strong leadership qualities who would like to prove themselves as entrepreuners, innovators and leaders and take ownership of these projects.
