1. ECHO- award winning ( link to ISIF announcement) ICT application Act as user support ( on phone, face to face, email) for NGO users and micro enterprise users 2. Assist in trouble shooting and feature testing 3. Visit NGOs, assist weak or small NGOs to better manage their beneficiary data through e-management 4. Assist in drafting proposals to raise funds to replicate ECHO for South East Asian parnters 5. If fundings come, go to sister NGO overseas to assist in situational assessment and train NGOs to use ECHO and improve database management 6. Assist in innovation of ECHO for Non-profit sector 7. Assist in identify channel partners and assist in innovating partnership 8. Assist in any other office admin activities as and when required
Cost of flight ticket to and fro from your country to Malaysia must be self-financed. This is due to experience with 'holiday interns' who are not serious during the internship.
