Internship description

The Harlem RBI Data Department is seeking energetic, detail-oriented and organized students to assist in various data projects.

Harlem RBI, an award winning youth development program, includes a Data Department that is responsible for ensuring the responsible use of outcomes measurement and achievement data to inform practice and demonstrate success. Overall, the Harlem RBI Data Department oversees the organization's design, implementation, and ongoing functioning of data systems and the analysis and reporting of performance assessments and evaluations.

Working with The Harlem RBI Data Department, volunteers will be able to apply and strengthen their skill sets, while also gaining insight on evaluation methods specific to both the education and non-profit sectors.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Data Department with special projects
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Prepare and store organizational data

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to commit to a consistent schedule
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy
