Since 1876, The Boys' Club of New York has offered New York's young boys opportunities to develop skills and values that prepare them for a better future. We offer programs that help boys and young men stay in school and go on to college, discover their individual musical and artistic talent, develop healthy minds and bodies, learn leadership skills, and just have fun.

Established in 1985, BCNY's Robert M. Gardiner School provides first generation college-bound middle school students from low-income communities with the support services they need during the summer to secure an appropriate high school placement. The majority of boys who are accepted into the program have not yet reached their academic potential. During three successive summers in residence at BCNY's Camp Cromwell in New Jersey, as well as, through clubhouse-based programs and activities during the school year, students receive academic support in core subject areas. Students also engage in structured arts and athletics programs.

If you are enthusiastic about youth development services and are eager to be part of a forward-thinking team committed to enriching and supporting New York's youth, then what are you waiting for? Join a passionate organization that shares your belief in educating the next generation of leaders- The Boys' Club of New York!
