Boys & Girls Aid is hiring a recruitment coordinator to increase the visibility of the Agency's pregnancy counseling services. Job responsibilities include identifying, cultivating, soliciting and maintaining relationships, developing and implementing recruitment plans, presenting and networking within various communities, including healthcare professionals, attending recruitment events, and creating awareness through community education and additional recruitment efforts.
The Recruitment Coordinator is a full-time and benefitted position. A Bachelor's degree is required with a minimum two (2) years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of marketing and recruitment for non-profits. Local travel required. Must have own vehicle.
Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence (Oregon or Washington), personal automobile liability insurance, and pass a DMV driving record check.
Must successfully pass the Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check and, if applicable, fingerprinting.
