Assistant Director of Student Engagement

NYU's prestigious Leonard N. Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Director in the Office of Student Engagement. The Assistant Director will collaborate with the Executive Director to direct operations and innovate content for MBA orientation and new student programs, experiential learning programs, Dean's initiatives and a variety of other student related offerings. In addition, the Assistant Director will partner with the Executive Director to plan and execute a series of events and programs relating to the School's goal of transforming the MBA mindset towards one that is focused on broad issues and transformational leadership.

A Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant professional level experience, or an equivalent combination. Must include experience in an educational service business that requires managing multiple tasks/ projects, working with external parties, and satisfying multiple high level constituencies. Excellent planning, networking, relationship management, and verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to develop and launch new educational initiatives as well as the ability to work effectively with faculty, students, administrators, and corporate and community leaders is essential. Knowledge of standard office software is required.
