Associate Director, EMBA Admissions
NYU's prestigious Leonard N. Stern School of Business has an exceptional and challenging opportunity for a part time Associate Director, Executive MBA Admissions. The selected candidate will assist the Director with strategic admissions planning for EMBA programs including establishing admissions goals and developing marketing and recruitment activities. S/he will manage the admissions process in order to meet the school's annual enrollment, recruitment, and admissions goals. S/he will develop and manage the marketing strategies for the Executive MBA program and evaluate their effectiveness. S/he will collaborate with Public Affairs on advertising, marketing (print and online), social media and other campaigns. The selected candidate will manage and organize marketing outreach events (open houses, receptions for incoming class, and yield events). The selected candidate will also conduct in-depth interviews with experienced executives considering applying to the Executive MBA program, review applications and render admissions decisions, and participate in weekly admissions committee meetings.
Requirements include: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience in business development, marketing, or admissions, preferably in financial services or Executive Education. Proven ability to develop marketing plans, develop relationships with corporate firms, and develop new business. Strong strategic, communication, and staff management skills are also essential.
