-Provide college access services as program model outlines including; counseling, workshops, exam registration, portfolio management, career exploration and tours -Responsible for student benchmarks -College awareness workshop facilitation -Database management -Attendance reporting -Cultural equity opportunity research and initiatives -Chaperone local and overnight college tour -Youth Steering Committee coordinator -Attend professional development workshops -Reports directly to Regional Program Director

-Familiarity with the college admissions process -Experience working with teenagers -Excellent communication skills -Detail oriented and thorough -Sense of humor -Energetic self starter and team player -Driver's license and experience driving 15 passenger van very helpful
