Breakthrough Schools is looking for exceptional teachers!
Breakthrough Schools is the highest-rated network of free, public charter schools in Ohio. Breakthrough started in 2010 as a nonprofit collaboration between three of Cleveland's highest-performing public charter school organizations: Citizens Academy, E Prep and The Intergenerational School. Since then, Breakthrough has grown to nine schools across Cleveland, in partnership with the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
Position: Teachers hold primary responsibility for the development and implementation of each school's curriculum and the success of its students.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid OH teaching certificate/license or must be in the process of obtaining a valid OH teaching certificate/license in subject area to be taught
Compensation: Compensation packages are considered competitive and commensurate with experience. Breakthrough Charter Schools offer a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision. Employees also participate in the Ohio STRS or SERS (state retirement system).
