Responsibilities: Provide supervision, orientation and in service training to all nurses. Responsible for hiring nursing staff. Maintain a collaborative relationship with the Medical Director and Consulting Psychiatrist. Oversee the nurses' responsibilities in utilization review. Oversee monthly schedule, ordering of medications and medical supplies. On-call rotation one week per month. Nursing and other duties as required.
Qualifications:RN registered in MA required. Addiction Services and medical.surgical experience essential. Five years nursing experience; two years supervisory experience. Familiarity with DSM IV, dual diagnosis and substance abuse treatment. Valid MA driver's license and use of own car required.
