The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with the patient care team in providing comprehensive health care to CHCR patients by ensuring the safe delivery and quality of nursing care as licensed by the New York State Board of Nursing. Will supervise LPNs, MAs, and other clinical support staff as appropriate.
Requirements: Graduate of accredited Nursing program and two years work experience, preferably in ambulatory or public health nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York and CPR certification required. Demonstrated clinical competence, appropriate professional conduct, and ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively. Knowledge of medical procedures, medical law, and ethics. Experience working with an electronic medical records system. Supervisory experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual helpful.
