BECOME A CAMPUS DIRECTOR:
Citizen Schools seeks a full-time Campus Director to lead our program at New Design Middle School (MS514) in West Harlem, NYC. The Campus Director (CD) position is the primary leadership role for the Citizen Schools Expanded Learning Time program, which extends New Design's learning day by three hours. The position is available immediately.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Program of Citizen Schools New York, the Campus Director is part of a national network of leaders, educators, professionals, volunteers, and AmeriCorps members who are working in seven states to "move the needle" for students in high-need, low-income communities through innovative extended day programming. The CD serves as the supervisor, mentor, and coach for the AmeriCorps Teaching Fellows and the part-time Teaching Associates who deliver instruction and help volunteers bring real-world experience life via hands-on learning opportunities.
