PRACTICE MANAGER – COMMUNITY MEDICINE

Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc. is seeking a Practice Manager for a very successful and very busy community health center in Hammonton, New Jersey. The incumbent will work closely with Senior Management, Physicians, Nursing staff, support staff and colleagues to direct, lead and oversee the day to day operations of the health center.

The incumbent will manage a beautiful, state of the art medical and dental facility located in the heart of New Jersey's agricultural region. The surrounding area offers state parks, quaint towns, wineries and shore resorts.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree (Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration or related field)
  2. 3-5 years relevant experience in health care management
  3. Experience in an ambulatory care setting is highly preferred.
  4. MBA, MPH or MSN is preferred
  5. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
  6. Supervisory experience and excellent customer service skills
  7. Must have excellent leadership qualities
  8. Must enjoy working in a diverse environment
