The Mental Health Association of Westchester (MHA) is a community-based not-for-profit organization committed to recovery-focused mental health services through advocacy, community education and direct services. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Coordinator – Apartment Treatment Program.
The Coordinator – Apartment Treatment is responsible for the overall program supervision, ensuring that staff provides the skills and the supports necessary for clients in MHA's apartment treatment program. The Coordinator serves as a role model and advocate, ensures consumer safety, oversees proper maintenance and cleanliness of the residence and ensures training of adult living skills in a dignified and respectful manner.
Ability to master an electronic record system, meet deadlines and productivity targets and willingness to grow and change are musts.
The candidate must have at least a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human services, and at least 3-4 years' experience in the mental health field, preferably rehabilitation. Experience should include clinical and administrative responsibilities. Supervisory experience is desirable. The candidate must have a valid driver's license and must consent to Fingerprinting and a Criminal History Information Records search.
