Job Title: Evaluator, School-Based Health Center Research Evaluation Project

The Fund for Public Health in New York, Inc. (FPHNY) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to the advancement of the health and well-being of all New Yorkers. To this end, in partnership with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH), FPHNY implements programs to address pressing public health needs, fosters private sector support to enhance health and health care, and helps educate the public regarding the protection of individual, family and community health.
SUMMARY OF THE PROGRAM
The School-Based Health Center Reproductive Health Project (SBHC) was a 5 year intervention targeted to increase access to, improve the quality of, and standardize comprehensive sexual and reproductive health (SRH) care services provided in SBHCs. New funding is anticipated for a 2 year evaluation (through June 2015) of this program.
Under the guidance of the Evaluation and Policy Specialist, the Evaluator will clean and analyze the extensive data collected during the pilot years to determine the impacts of the RHP on contraceptive usage and birth rates. This research will inform future efforts to prevent unintended pregnancy.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
