ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, GLOBAL DEGREE & EXECUTIVE EDUCATION PROGRAMS
NYU's prestigious Leonard N. Stern School of Business has a challenging opportunity for an Assistant Director of Global Degree & Executive Education Programs. The Assistant Director will work with the Directors of NYU Stern Global Degree and Executive Education Programs to ensure that individuals and companies are attracted to and engage Stern for Degree Program offerings and Executive Education. The selected candidate will create and maintain market awareness through the use of mediums such as Google search and marketing analytics, in order to develop and implement sophisticated sales and marketing plans. S/he will determine the best ways to enhance the School's image and sell programs, and analyze and recommend best practices through social media engagement and other on-line marketing outreach. S/he will also conduct information interviews, respond to inquiries and generate relevant admissions and executive education reports and statistics; enhance business processes to improve overall effectiveness of sales and marketing activities, including web site maintenance and CRM's for degree and open enrollment programs; and work in permanent interface with participants, administrative teams, on-campus support staff and outside vendors.
Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree along with 3 years' progressively responsible professional experience in sales, marketing, developing strategic sales and marketing plans and relationship management in the corporate market and/or admissions environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.The ability to develop School's relationships in order to increase interest and participation in global degree and executive education programs is essential, as are excellent presentation, networking, and written and verbal communication skills. Student recruiting, Google search, marketing analytics, social media engagement and budget administration experience is desirable.
