Our staff provides caring and professional services to nearly 2,000 people annually. Little Flower's programs are populated through contractual relationships with referring agencies including state and local government, courts and school districts.
Little Flower Children and Family Services, located in Wading River, NY, is seeking a House Manager to run our Individual Residential Alternative (IRA). This is a full-time position, Tuesday – Thursday,10:00 am to 6:00, Friday and Saturday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. A Bachelor's degree is required to be considered for this position. Candidate must have prior Supervisory experience working in an IRA setting and experience working with the MR/DD population. Job responsibilities include: on-call 24 hours and must be able to respond to emergencies; QMRP; ITT; internal auditing; maintaining records; supervision of recreational activities; supervision of Assistant Managers and Direct Care staff; and banking.
