Release of Information Specialist
The Release of Information Specialist is responsible for coordinating the release of medical record information to other facilities, physicians, insurance companies, patients, attorneys, the courts and other public and private agencies in compliance with Hospital, State and Federal Regulations being HIPAA compliant.
Must have a minimum of two-years in a medical record department with release of information experience. High School Diploma or GED is required.
