NYU's prestigious Leonard N. Stern School of Business has a challenging opportunity for an Assistant Director of Student Engagement on the Undergraduate College team. The selected candidate will work on a dynamic team to enhance existing Office of Student Engagement (OSE) programming in the areas of professional development, leadership, and student life. S/he will provide support in building and cultivating new professional/leadership development programs, establishing distinctive co-curricular professional/leadership development programs, and creating student life initiatives. The selected candidate will also support the implementation of OSE professional/leadership development initiatives and student life initiatives.

Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree along with 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience in higher education in the area of student engagement, leadership development, alumni affairs, advising or career development or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience at a large, highly decentralized urban university is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, strategic, management and systems skills are critical. Proven ability to plan and implement programs with quantifiable results is required.
