Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care: Community Health Center is seeking a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner with experience working with two or more of pediatric/adolescent, adult and geriatric populations; in a culturally diverse setting, on a multi disciplinary team. Provide primary medical management for patients through collaboration with physician. Will act as primary care resource to the multidisciplinary team, and provide in-services for staff and participate in teaching activities with nurses, nurse practitioner, and medical students.
