Job Description: The Quality improvement Specialist is responsible for developing and monitoring comprehensive quality improvement plans; ensuring compliance with all contracted regulations for programs; working with program staff and IT to develop and monitor outcome measures; and assessing consumer satisfaction with program services.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 1 - 2 years of experience in human services or research. Very organized, detail oriented, analytical, strong written and verbal communication skills.
