The Director of Analysis is responsible for creating and promoting market assessment and marketing options analysis through data-driven insights to improve the performance of NWF's fundraising and constituent-building programs. The Director will the Analysis Team and has overall responsibility for: cost-benefit analyses and forecasting; statistical testing and experimentation; and creating business cases that will lead to informed decision-making by department leaders on fundraising, direct marketing and engagement strategies.
*The successful candidate will have strong marketing analysis experience, will be both detailed and big picture oriented, be very comfortable modeling statistical techniques and best practice. He or she will have high energy and enthusiasm for problem solving, process development and improvement, and understand how specifics in marketing and financial data and process steps will contribute to the strategy and ultimately results. *
