Responsibilities: As Case Aide your responsibilities are to monitor the safety, security and client accountability, including searches of individuals and their personal property; regular rounds of the entire facility; conduct routine drug urine surveillance; provide client transportation as needed; respond to emergency/crisis situations; and assist other program staff in the delivery of client services.
Qualifications: High school diploma, previous experience in SA and/or MH setting Massachusetts driver's license and good driving record Ability to understand and follow the regulations pertaining to confidentiality of client records and treatment Ability to relate to clients suffering from homelessness and addiction.
