Hearts & Homes for Youth, a non-profit agency that serves youth in child welfare and juvenile services, is seeking an Program Director of Foster Care & Independent Living Services. This Candidate must be a results oriented Social Worker with an interest in program development and administration. Candidate will supervise program staff, implement best practice service delivery to clients, and ensure fiscal viability of the program. Individual must be organized, have excellent written and verbal communication skills. LCSW-C and supervisory experience is required. Expereince within Treatment foster care and/or independent living services a plus. This position's base location is in Columbia, Maryland. The position offers excellent benefits.
