BRICK Academy vice principals of operations (VPO) are more than operation staff members. They help build students to be responsible, intelligent and creative. We are seeking an operations manager who will make the commitment to act with determination, integrity and purpose, execute with fidelity while embodying these essential qualities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
A BRICK Academy VPO works to create and enhance a culture of achievement and respect where high expectations and results are the norm. All staff members' actions must always be aligned with our mission, vision, core values and education program.
The essential functions for our VPO are as follows:
• Responsible for working closely with all actors to ensure that all logistical arrangements of the school are planned and implemented in such a way to ensure the successful operations of all program • Responsible for site level budget creation, monitoring and management • Responsible for site level procurement of supplies, materials, equipment, and inventory management • Monitoring nutrition program • Leading in all aspects of Free and Reduced Lunch program/process, including leading the entire application process. • Overseeing technology program • Working with non-instructional staff on day to day activities • Working with data coordinator to analyze student data to support the principal's instructional and classroom priorities • Working with school personnel to maintain integrity and accuracy of Student Records, including maintenance and tracking of attendance and retention. • Monitoring discipline infractions and students emotional support services • Responding to and resolving routine internal and external inquiries with parents, employees and school organizations. • Preparing state or district reports in response to request for information • Utilizing input from school leaders to seek out community partnerships that align with the school's mission.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of three years of teaching experience • Experience in educational arena a plus, particularly in school business administration. • Master's degree from an accredited college or university. • New Jersey Principal Certificate or a Letter of Eligibility for Principal. • Demonstrated successful building level administrative or supervisory experiences.
