Administrative Aide, Executive Programs
NYU's prestigious Leonard N. Stern School of Business has an exciting entry-level Administrative Aide opportunity in the Executive Programs Department. The selected candidate will provide front line customer service for internal and external constituencies and serve as a primary source of information to students, faculty and the public on programs, activities and policies. S/he will also be responsible for calendar management, scheduling, travel and event coordination, drafting correspondence, processing reimbursements, and special projects. S/he must have superb attention to detail, organization, interpersonal and communication and skills. S/he must have excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft office applications is required.
