CAMBA's Human Resources (HR) Department manages all aspects of human resources and administrative functions such as recruitment, interviewing, hiring new staff in accordance with all regulatory policies and requirements, employee benefits, compensation, and performance measurement/appraisal. The person filling this position is expected, under general supervision, to facilitate Part-Time and/or Full-time new employee orientations; assist new hires and current employees to complete and/or modify employee benefit paperwork; enroll employees into Dental Benefit Plan; enter personnel data into the ABRA employee electronic database (i.e., claim forms, Dental insurance waivers, etc.), and to reconcile COBRA and Dental Health Insurance bills for accuracy and submission to the Fiscal Department for payment monthly, etc.
