YPI is seeking a Project Manager in the Health & Wellness Department to oversee the U.S. Department of Education, School Climate Transformation grant (SCTG). The goal of the grant is to increase schools' capacity to implement a multi-tiered positive behavior framework at each targeted school. Primary responsibilities of the Project Manager include leading implementation of services targeting at-risk students and conducting administrative duties to ensure appropriate management of the grant. The SCTG is one of several Federal programs designed to work together to help make schools safer, and improve mental health services, for students and young adults.
Bachelor degree in education, health administration, public health, social services or related field required. Master degree in Social Work, Public Health Administration or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of management and supervisor experience.
Extensive experience with school-age children and/ or in a school based setting
Knowledge of PBIS, Ripple Effects, and/or comparable evidence-based mental health interventions
