Community Development Director to lead statewide community development function with principal responsibility for leadership development, relationship management, and systems-change and organizational strengthening initiatives. Works closely with leadership team to develop and implement goals, measurements and strategies to build and drive state and local partnership effectiveness, impact, and value. Master's degree in Early Childhood, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or related field, plus 7 years related experience, including 5 years at executive level; prior experience as a Smart Start Executive Director strongly preferred.
