The Early Childhood Center of the Robert E. Loup Jewish Community Center (Denver JCC) is seeking teachers dedicated to a career in early childhood education to work with our amazing children (infants to pre-kindergarten) and their families. Positions are available with all age groups starting June 2013 (Summer program) and August 2013 (2013-14 school year).
The ideal candidate will either possess a degree in early childhood education, elementary education, or child development or is currently enrolled in a degree program. The candidate will have experience in and/or knowledge of emergent curriculum and developmentally appropriate practice.
First and foremost, candidates will be emotionally responsive in their work with children, and wish to be part of a larger community that enriches children's lives by co-constructing meaningful learning experiences.
