Project Description:
The project is being implemented in villages of Bihar and U.P. In this project a woman entrepreneur is identified for the village, who is highly motivated and is supported by her family members in setting up the shop and taking up her business. A women shop is opened in the village by the entrepreneur in support from Drishtee. Drishtee supports the entrepreneur: in setting up the shop, training, hand holding of the shop, procuring low cost products with good margins, promotional activities and event organization.

Understanding product need of Entrepreneurs and stock reconciliation
