In this seasonal role at the North Carolina Museum of Art (now through next February) you will be the Director of First Impressions, providing customer service and support to museum patrons, handling all inquiries with grace and aplomb. Neat handwriting and appearance, computer literacy, math and problem solving skills, and the ability to bring joy and sunshine into the lives of our visitors are all key to success in this role.
Essential Functions
-Ticket sales & Membership promotion for the NCMA programs.
-Phone inquiries, sales by phone.
-Customer service and problem solving.
-Daily reconciliation of receipts, reporting.
-Team player to interact with other museum departments.
-Other duties as assigned in the overall NCMA environment.
Minimum Requirements (Include education, experience, special skills and licenses or certifications required.)
Candidates selected for hire must be able to pass both E-Verify and a background and credit check.
Our hours are Monday through Thursday, 10am-5pm, Fridays 10am-9pm and weekends 10am to 5pm, but we may require Box Office and Membership Associates to work an occasional Saturday night during our busy concert season. To be considered you must be able to work weekends.
