He or she will also partner with HELP USA's development office in the expansion of our affordable housing portfolio. The candidate who will excel in this highly stimulating environment will receive competitive financial compensation and will have the opportunity to work for a national leader in the fight against homelessness. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of senior management experience and an educational background that prepares him or her for this challenge. Candidates must have a background in tax credit compliance and substantial professional experience with rent-ups and property management. We will only consider candidates who have proven supervisory, staff development, and budget and financial management skills. Experience managing property using Yardi Voyager is highly desirable.
