BAMSI, a large Massachusetts not-for-profit health and human services organization is looking for a Director of Healthcare Management to oversee the BAMSI internal quality management services system. The Director serves as a key resource to executives, directors and other employees in developing and implementing BAMSIs quality, outcome and service standards systems. This includes quality improvement activities and regulatory compliance.
Must have a bachelors degree, preferably in healthcare administration or public administration, or equivalent experience conducting quality management reviews in a human services or healthcare setting. Experience working in a human services setting and basic knowledge of social services delivery and quality management systems and data analysis/research techniques preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Access). Familiarity in other software, such as graphic design and/or publishing software and website content management systems preferred.
