Supervise master level clinical therapists, bachelor level caseworkers and therapeutic mentors providing home-community based therapeutic work with children, youth, and families. Supervisees are providing home based services (i.e. In Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, Family Support & Stabilization) to families in Boston and Boston border. CANS certification will be necessary. Represents the agency mission and families serviced at partnerships, networking events, systems of care meetings.
Knowledge of and experience with Children's Behavioral Health Initiative, Mass Health and third party billing desirable; engaging children/youth and families in comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, diagnostic evaluation process; experience working with public (state and local) and community based organizations and sytems.
Requirement includes: excellent diagnostic, communication, organizational and collaborative skills; experience training, coaching and supervising staff; working with familes impacted by trauma and poverty; a minimum 5 (five) years post master experience. LMHC or LICSW required.
