Lead Clinician
The Philadelphia Children's Alliance, a private non-profit organization serving an ethnically diverse population of children and families is seeking a full-time professional to develop and implement a trauma-focused, clinical mental health program for children and non-offending family members who have experienced child sexual abuse. This position will work closely with multidisciplinary team partners to identify post-traumatic stress symptoms in clients and will then provide individual, group and family therapy to child victims of sexual abuse and their non-offending family members. Responsibilities also include establishing and implementing appropriate protocols and standards to meet relevant ethical and clinical requirements, identifying funding sources for future sustainability and growth, providing psycho-education to caregivers, supervising clinical interns, and tracking client outcomes to assess the success of the program.
Masters degree or PhD in social work, psychology, or a related mental health field with experience providing therapeutic services to trauma victims required.
Relevant experience with trauma-focused interventions, specifically TF-CBT and CFTSI (Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention).
Mental health licensure in Pennsylvania.
Experience with the child welfare system strongly preferred.
